Photovoltaics for warehouse

EcoVille implemented a large-scale PV system for a modern warehouse with a total output of 470.92 kWp, divided into two partial systems (150.06 kWp and 320.86 kWp). The system produces around 562,889 kWh of clean electricity per year and reduces the company’s energy costs by around CHF 169,000 per year.

EcoVille handled the entire project, from system design and procurement to construction, installation and commissioning. The solution was technically designed to optimize yields and minimize operational risks. To ensure long-term performance and availability, the system is connected to an advanced monitoring system that enables real-time performance, fault detection and maintenance planning.

This project shows how industrial rooftops in the logistics sector can deliver significant economic benefits and substantial CO₂ savings at the same time. Large capacities mean large savings and a clear contribution to sustainable corporate development.
